Executive Summary
Ms. Tasnim Ahnaish Al Mzaini is currently serving as ADNOC's Senior Vice President of the Gas Business Function. In her current role, Tasnim oversees ADNOC's largest asset management team, responsible for multiple privately held and publicly listed entities with an equity ownership valued at approximately USD 80 billion. Her team focuses on improving the risk/return profile, efficiency, and effectiveness of midstream assets, which contributes significantly to value generation across ADNOC's upstream and downstream portfolios. Tasnim has more than 14 years of experience with ADNOC, and held various roles in operations, research and asset management. Known as an experienced transformation expert, Tasnim has led multiple initiatives across the ADNOC Group, including transforming asset management across the business and developing and establishing ADNOC's corporate digital functions and strategy. Previous to her role at ADNOC, Tasnim worked for the Ministry of Presidential Affairs of the UAE, contributing to the development of the 2070 Integrated UAE strategy under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed. Tasnim studied Chemical Engineering at the American University of Sharjah (UAE), earned an LLM in Sustainable Development Law from Universite Paris Sorbonne, and graduated with an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Borouge Plc since 2023 (listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange) as well as several committees of various entities.
