Shared Auditors: Audit firms serving 2 or more listed companies. From auditor_fees table (10 shared firms).
Shared Shareholders: Entity names appearing in top-20 shareholder lists of 2 or more companies. Name matching is exact (case-insensitive) — some entities may be missed due to name variations.
Limitations: Shared relationships indicate potential conflicts but are not automatically problematic. Many shared directors serve in independent or advisory capacities across related entities. Professional services firms (Big 4 auditors) naturally serve many clients. Shareholder matching relies on disclosed names which may have transliteration variants.
