By accessing or using SouqData (souqdata.com) — "the Platform" — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

The Platform provides data aggregation, analytics, and research tools for informational and educational purposes only. Content is derived from publicly available sources including GCC stock exchange filings, Yahoo Finance, company annual reports, and regulatory publications across 11 exchanges (DFM, ADX, ASE, BK, QSE, MSX, BHB, TDWL, BIST, ISX, EGX).

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell securities. Scores, ratings, and analytics are generated using disclosed methodologies and may not capture all relevant factors. Always consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data presented. Users should independently verify all information before relying on it.

5. API Usage

Access to the API is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. API keys must not be shared, and automated access must comply with our rate limiting. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, analytics engines, and aggregated datasets, is the property of Pangaea Capital. Original source data remains the property of its respective owners (DFM, ADX, ASE, BK, QSE, MSX, BHB, TDWL, and their regulators). You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to investment losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
