Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Free Tier
The Free tier requires no payment and provides limited access to the platform. Since no payment is collected, no refund is applicable. You can use the Free tier indefinitely without any billing commitment.
2. Professional & Enterprise Plans
Professional ($49/mo) and Enterprise ($199/mo) subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid tier until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier.
3. Refund Window
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription. If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and does not apply to subscription renewals.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@souqdata.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
5. Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period but will not receive a refund for the remaining days.
6. API Usage
Prepaid API credits are non-refundable after use. Unused API credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, subject to our standard refund window. If your API access is revoked due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued.
