In addition, it is involved in the trading of various products; after-sales, service, and spare parts activities for passenger and commercial vehicles; retailing of consumer electronics, imaging, information technology, telecommunications products, and home appliances; and operation of hotel chains. The company was incorporated in 1967 and is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
