Working Days: GCC business days (Sunday–Thursday). Excludes Friday and Saturday.
Deadline: 45 working days from period-end (conservative, accommodates both Main and Nomu markets). CMA Main Market deadline is 30 working days.
Speed Grades: A (≤50% of deadline), B (≤75%), C (on time, ≤100%), D (slightly late, ≤125%), F (significantly late, >125%).
Period-End: Derived from financial year and period type. Most GCC companies use calendar year-end (Dec 31). Quarterly: Q1=Mar, Q2=Jun, Q3=Sep.
Limitations: Public holidays are not excluded. Some companies have non-standard fiscal year-ends. Announcement dates are sourced from exchange filings.
