Biography

Dr. Mohammad Hamad Al-Kathiri is an experienced business consultant and former government official. He previously served as Undersecretary at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Foreign Trade (currently Ministry of Commerce) and as Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh. He is the CEO of Dr. Muhammad Al Kathiri Consulting Center. He holds board positions at National Gas and Industrialization Company (GASCO), where he is also an Executive Committee member, and at Makana Commercial and Industrial Investment Company. At Mouwasat Medical Services Company, he serves as a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He is also a Board Member of Al-Khaleej Training and Education Company, where he serves on the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Board Member of Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company, where he sits on the Risk Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Additionally, he is a Board Member of Saudi Networkers Services (SNS) Company and Masar Alnumou Finance Company, serving on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at SNS and on the Audit Committee and Risk Committee at Masar Alnumou.
