Biography

Pursuant to a decision passed by the Board of Directors, Fadwa Omar has been appointed to the position of the Secretary of Mabanee's Board of Directors from among the Company's employees. She is distinguished by her long expertise in assuming the Executive Management affairs of the Company, during which she also participated in completing the acquisition of Al-Rai Logistica Company, in addition to participating in preparing qualification documents for public-private partnership projects, which Mabanee announced on the list of qualified companies and alliances. Fadwa Omar also enjoys more than 23 years of practical expertise in the administrative field, which she gained through her work at the Kuwaiti Manager Project Management Company in the period from 1998 to 2004 and the Global Logistics and Storage Services Company in the period from 2004 to 2007. Then, in August 2007, she joined Mabanee Company where during her professional journey, she gained professional expertise and familiarity with governance, risks and regulatory compliance, in addition to full knowledge of the activities of the Mabanee Company, Companies Law and relevant legal issues in force.
