Biography

Eng. Fahad Abdul Rahman Al Ali has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Kuwait Telecommunications Company (stc) in August 2019. He was also appointed as Acting CEO for e-Portal Holding Company – a subsidiary of stc in June 2024. He has also been appointed as the Vice Chairman of e-Portal Holding Company and the Vice Chairman of solutions by stc. Eng. Fahad joined stc in 2016 as a Network Implementation and Operations Director in the Technology Sector. before taking on the role of General Manager in 2019. He held several executive positions in the telecommunications sector and had a number of achievements across preparing strategies in addition to building and implementing the development of telecommunication technologies in several companies. Prior to joining Kuwait Telecommunications Company (stc), Eng. Fahad Al Ali has taken over several positions at Zain Telecommunications Company since 2000. Eng. Fahad Al Ali holds an Executive MBA in 2013-2014, from Harvard Business School - Boston. He also received his bachelor's degree in communications & Electronics Engineering from Northumbria University - Newcastle UK in 1999.
