Biography
Faisal Hamad Abdullah Al-Sugair is an independent Director of Derayah Financial. He serves as a Director of the Public Transportation Authority and Royal Saudi Airlines (both 2024-present), Vice Chairman and Audit Committee Chairman of Northern Region Cement Co. (listed), and Director of Thakher Development Company. Previously served as CEO of the Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships (2018-2023), Vice Chairman of Advanced Electronics Company (2017-2021), and Chairman of Saudi Civil Aviation Holding Co. (2015-2018). PhD and MSc in Civil and Structural Engineering from Stanford University (1984, 1988), BSc Civil Engineering from King Saud University (1982).
