Minister of State for Energy Affairs. On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcomed shareholders to the annual meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly to review the performance and achievements of the company during the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2024. The close cooperation and coordination between the Company and Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has resulted in enhancing the country's production capacity of electricity and water and contributed to supporting the growth of the national economy. This has further consolidated the company's position and its leading role in production of electricity and water according to the latest international specifications and efficiency standards, and in fulfilling its responsibility towards shareholders and society, in line with its vision and mission.
