Biography

Independent Board Member at Bupa Arabia since 2019. Previously served as Executive Director of Human Resources at Saudi Aramco and retired from this position in 2017. Currently serves as Board Member and Nomination and Remuneration Committee Chair at Bupa Arabia, and NRC Member at Saudi National Bank (SNB), Saudi Telecom Company (STC), and The Hevolution Foundation. Previously served on numerous boards including General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF), Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare Company (JHAH), Vela International Marine Ltd., Saudi Aramco Asia Company (SAAC), and Saudi Aramco Investment Management Company (SAIMCO). Also served as Chair of Board of Trustees of the Arabian Society of Human Resources Management (ASHRM) and member of Institute of Public Administration. Currently serving her second term as Board Member at Bupa Arabia.
