Mr. Fuentes has over 25 years wide ranging experience as a corporate lawyer and has gained a strong knowledge in key areas including mergers & acquisitions, telecommunications infrastructure deals, and digital business. His previous roles include Batelco Group General Counsel, legal and regulatory and Associate General Counsel Corporate of Batelco. Prior to the Beyon Group, Miguel-Angel held several senior legal roles within Zain Group, in Africa and the Middle East. Prior to this, he was Legal and Regulatory Director at Intercel Madagascar, and he worked as an independent consultant in telecommunications regulation for clients such as the IFC.
