Currently serves as Board Member and Chairman of the Governance Committee at Al Rajhi Bank, and holds board positions at Saudi Ground Services Company, Sinad Holding Company, and United Electronics Company. Previously served as Chairman of HSBC Saudi Arabia, Board Member of Jabal Omar Development Company, and Executive General Manager for Legal Affairs and Secretary General at The Saudi British Bank (SABB). Also held board positions at Amlak International Real Estate Development Company, Gas Arabian Services Company, and Saudi Reinsurance Cooperative Company (Re).
