Mohammed Al-Qahtani

Biography

Mohammed Al-Qahtani serves as Vice Chairman of the SABIC Board, a Non-Executive Director with a PhD in Petroleum Engineering. His expertise includes industry, energy, and corporate planning. He is a member of the Board Investment Committee and Board Remuneration and Nomination Committee. He joined the Board in April 2022 and has two external mandates in joint-stock listed companies. He is a common director of SABIC and Ma'aden, having an indirect interest in the Alba share transaction.
