Biography

Mr. Abbas Rizvi is a member of Investcorp Capital's Board and a member of its Audit and Valuation Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Investcorp Holdings. Prior to becoming the CFO of Investcorp Holdings, Mr. Rizvi served as the CFO of Investcorp Capital since the entity's formation, overseeing its financial strategies and operations. He played a pivotal role in steering the company towards its successful public listing in November 2023. Mr. Abbas Rizvi continues to contribute his expertise as a board member on the Investcorp Capital board. Before joining Investcorp in 2005, Mr. Rizvi worked at Ernst & Young in various roles, with his last role being as an associate in its business risk services unit. His time at EY involved working with financial institutions, including auditing and advisory services to large banks, insurance companies, and asset management firms.
