Biography

Mr. Fahad Ayed Al-Aslami is a finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and investment. He previously served as CFO at Al Akaria Company and as Financial Manager at Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Company (SPIMACO). He has held positions as Manager of the Accounting Department at Ma'aden Aluminum Company, Manager of Accounting Services at Satorp Company, and various roles including Project Manager and Financial Specialist at Saudi Telecom Company (STC). He served as CFO at National Housing Company (NHC) and is currently Chairman of the Audit Committee at Solidarity Saudi Takaful Company (SSTC) and Board Member of the National Developmental Housing Foundation (Sakan), representing NHC. He is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee at Mouwasat Medical Services Company, and holds board positions at SICO Saudi REIT Fund, Al Wedyan Real Estate Company, and Saudi Real Estate Construction Company (Tamear), where he is also an Audit Committee member.
