Ralph Wetzels

Biography

Ralph Wetzels serves as a Non-Director (Outside) Member of the Board Audit Committee. He holds an MSc in Finance Economics, LLM in Tax Law, and BSc in Business Administration. He has completed executive courses at Insead and IMD Lausanne. His expertise includes finance, accounting, tax law, joint venture experience, ethics and compliance, and information technology. He joined the Audit Committee on February 28, 2024, and has one external mandate.
