Biography

Mr. Rami Al Khayyat joined the Bank on 01/03/2010 as Deputy CEO, Chief of Corporate Banking, with about 29 years of experience in corporate banking in reputable commercial and Islamic Jordanian and regional banks. Mr. Rami started his career as a Credit Officer at Cairo Amman Bank in 1995, Then he moved to Saudi Arabia as Head of Commercial Banking Division in the Western Region at the Arab National Bank. In 2008 he was the Head of Corporate Banking Division for Dubai and North Emirates at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in UAE. In addition to this, he worked as a part-time lecturer at the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences. Mr. Rami Al- Khayyat is a member of the Board of Directors of several companies. Mr. Rami holds a master's degree in Banking from the Arab Academy for Financial and Banking Sciences and a bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from Yarmouk University in Jordan.
