Member of the UAE Cabinet and Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology. UAE's Special Envoy for Climate Change and President of COP28, the global climate change conference held in the UAE in December 2023. Managing Director and Group CEO of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). Member of Abu Dhabi Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs. Chairman of Emirates Development Bank and Chairman of Masdar, Abu Dhabi's pioneering renewable energy initiative. Board member of Emirates Investment Authority, Emirates Global Aluminium, Mubadala Investment Company, Advanced Technology Research Council. Chairs the board of trustees of Mohammed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence.
