Non-Board member of the Audit and Compliance Committee with over 13 years of experience in internal and external auditing and extensive leadership and advisory positions in financial, administrative and economic fields. Currently serves on audit and investment committees at Najm Insurance Services Company, Azad Real Estate Company, Medical Holding Company, and various other organizations. Previously held positions as Ernst Young Senior Advisor and Operational Risk Manager for the Mediterranean, Gulf and Reinsurance Company. Also held board and audit committee positions at SABIC Agri Nutrients Company and other major corporations.
