It is also involved in securities trading; financial and non-financial investments; deposits with banks; cash management; and provision of digital services. The company was formerly known as Oman Insurance Company P.S.C. and changed its name to Sukoon Insurance PJSC in January 2024. Sukoon Insurance PJSC was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. Sukoon Insurance PJSC is a subsidiary of Mashreqbank PSC.
